When it comes to eating healthy there always seem to be excuses:
- It's so and so's birthday
- It's the holidays
- I'm on vacation
- It's ok it's just a taste
- It wasn't healthy but it sure tasted good
- I'll start eating well tomorrow
- I'm in a hurry and don't have time to make something healthy
- We're celebrating some event
- This is the last time then never again
- Blah Blah Blah
Why do we make excuses for poisoning our bodies with unhealthy food? We know it's wrong but we all seem to do it. I don't get it. We don't accept excuses in other areas of our life (well maybe every now and then) but why is it so easy to do it every day with food?
