Serving Size: 1
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat english muffin
2 eggs
2 ounces of deli sliced turkey
1 slice provolone cheese
Directions:
1) Cut up turkey into small pieces (I use my hands so as not to waste time with a cutting board and knife)
2) Scramble eggs and turkey
3) Open english muffin place on plate
4) Put slice of provolone on english muffin
5) Put scrambled eggs and turkey on english muffin
6) Microwave for 30 seconds
